Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is open to all visitors to the 2007 3GSM World Congress in Barcelona, excluding employees and their immediate families of Scottish Development International, MX Alliance, their agencies and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. The closing date for entry into the draw for the prize is 6:45 PM on the 14th of February.
3. Entry into the competition requires you to visit the Scottish Pavillion and leave your business card at the reception desk.
4. The prize is a holiday for two to Edinburgh. This prize is for two adults and includes two nights accommodation at Dalhousie Castle Hotel, access to The Aqueous Spa for the duration of the stay, dinner for two for one night in the Dungeon Restaurant and contribution to travel to Edinburgh [up to the value of €500]. All additional meals, and incidentals, such as mini-bar, laundry and telephone calls should be paid for on departure.
5. The winner of the prize will be notified by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of the close of the congress.
6. The main prize must be taken by 17th of July 2007, unless otherwise agreed with the hotel. Please note all elements of the prize are subject to availability.
7. No cash alternatives will be offered.
8. Only one entry per visitor will be accepted for the prize draw.
9. Entry into the prize draw requires congress visitors to provide their name and email address at the minimum.
10. The list of prize draw winners will be made available from 21/01/07 for a duration of 8 weeks by sending a SAE to MX Alliance, Castle Competition, Geddes House Business Centre, Kirkton North, Livingston, EH54 6GU.
11. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, incompletely received or not received for whatsoever reason.
